Portraiture and head shoots
Portrait photography are usually simple, utilizing lots of white space, leaving the focus on the work and the faces of the people in it. Contact me for more information.
Ballerinas
As a photographer, and designer, the focus of my work is dance; more specifically, ballet. There is one simple reason for this -- it is what I love. I love the artistry, the athleticism, the passion, and the drive of the dancers with which I work. I feel that it is truly an honor and a privilege to work with such extraordinary people every day.

Fine Art studio
Shooting in the Studio:
Studio shoots are much more formal and polished than location shoots. Shot in front of backdrops with complex lighting.
It is suggested that we shoot you in tutus and other costumes.
You'll want to bring a brand new pair of pointe shoes for a studio shoot.
Half Day: Approximately 3 hours / Full Day: Approximately 6 Hours - No limits on leo/hair changes

Studio shoots don't take place in a photo studio, we shoot them in dance studios. Mirrors, barres, and sprung floors make things much easier on the dancer. Because we shoot in dance studios, additional fees for studio rental will apply.
Location shoot
My favorite way to shoot. Whether it's on the beach or in the city, it's always a fun and interesting day. These types of shoots allow us the most freedom and flexibility.
Some things to keep in mind when we shoot outdoors:
Your pointe shoes will be completely destroyed when we are done; as a matter of fact, you will need a couple pairs -- preferably dead ones.
Although we may have to reschedule for extreme weather conditions, we will brave the cold, or the heat, or even the rain if it isn't too bad.

Audition Photos
Audition photos are more important than many people think. A shot of you showing your best arabesque, a beautiful échappé, or a flattering head shot can help them remember who you are long after the audition is over. Often, it can be a big help to know what a particular summer intensive or year round program is looking for -- I have shot thousands of audition pictures for programs all over the world.
