Beeri

In the quiet aftermath at Kibbutz Be'eri, a mere few months post the harrowing massacre of October 7th, the remnants speak volumes. The charred structures and bullet-riddled walls stand as a poignant visual testimony to the tragic events that transpired. As a photographer, my mission was to capture the hidden histories within the ruins, to convey the pain and immortalize the memory of a day that irrevocably altered Kibbutz Be'eri. The images presented here, captured just last week, bear witness to loss and the resilience of the human spirit in the face of disaster, pleading for remembrance and vigilance.

These photographs not only depict the physical aftermath but also resonate with the emotional turmoil endured by the community. Each frame, a stark reminder of the fragility of peace, aims to evoke empathy and a deeper understanding of the incident. As we navigate through the visual narrative, the intent is to honor those affected and to ensure that such history is not forgotten but serves as a lesson for generations to come
